PromptWorkflows.ai is a prompt workflow tool developed and operated by AGCS (Pty) Ltd ("AGCS", "we", "us", or "our"), a digital production studio registered in South Africa. The platform provides structured prompt workflows designed to help users generate better outputs from AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

By accessing or using PromptWorkflows.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the service.

PromptWorkflows.ai provides structured prompts to assist users in obtaining outputs from third-party AI platforms. We do not generate, control, or take responsibility for the content produced by those AI systems.
All AI output is a starting point, not a final answer. Any output that could create reputational, legal, HR, or compliance risk must be reviewed by a qualified human before use. AGCS accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content produced through prompts from this platform.
All content on PromptWorkflows.ai — including but not limited to workflow structures, prompt templates, design, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of AGCS or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. This does not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from AGCS.
Any information you enter into the workflow forms (such as brief details, brand information, or production constraints) is stored locally in your browser or, where applicable, encoded in a shareable URL. AGCS does not store your form data on its servers unless you explicitly use a save or share feature that transmits data.
If you provide your email address through the platform, it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PromptWorkflows.ai generates prompts intended for use with third-party AI platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. AGCS has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or responsibility for those platforms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PromptWorkflows.ai at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGCS, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PromptWorkflows.ai or any content generated through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to AGCS in the twelve months preceding the claim (or ZAR 500 if no payment has been made).
You agree to indemnify and hold AGCS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
